Starting point

In Duisburg, many customers speak a language other than German at home.

Anyone with a broken windshield asks about cost, insurance and how long the repair takes. They should be able to read the answers in their own language. For the inquiry, they should be able to pick whichever way is easiest for them.

What we built

  1. Five languages, each one complete.

Every page exists in German, English, Turkish, Arabic and Russian. In Arabic the whole site runs right to left, and the navigation and layout flip with it. Search engines find each language at its own address.

  2. Reviews straight from Google.

The site pulls stars and reviews from the business’s Google listing and refreshes them once a day. What it says there, it says here, with a link to the original.

  3. Inquiries by the shortest route.

Form, phone call or WhatsApp: the customer chooses. In the background, the site checks whether a human is filling in the form. Nobody has to solve a puzzle for it.

  4. Same location as Dein Gutachter NRW.

Dein Autoglas NRW is at the same location as the vehicle appraisal office Dein Gutachter NRW, which we also work for. The two sites link to each other.

The same home page in German and in Arabic. On the right, the language is switched in the menu, and the page then runs right to left.

Result

The site has been online in five languages since September 17, 2026.

Alongside the services and how a repair works, it shows the business’s Google reviews. On October 16, 2026, that was 5.0 stars from 31 reviews.

“Here in Duisburg, a lot of my customers don’t speak German at home. Now my site is in Turkish, Arabic and Russian too, and anyone who wants to can just call me or message me on WhatsApp.”

Ibrahim Camci, Owner, Dein Autoglas NRW

Tech

The texts for each language sit in their own file with the same entries. A check shows when a text is missing in one language. A script on the server fetches the Google reviews once a day. If Google can’t be reached, the site shows the last saved state.
