We build websites for vehicle appraisers (Kfz-Sachverständige) and appraisal firms all over Germany. Town pages with facts about the town, guides with legal sources, reviews fixed in the text. 01 / What’s in it

What an appraiser site gets from us.

We built everything here for Dein Gutachter NRW, an appraisal firm with an inspection hall in Duisburg. The site runs on dein-gutachter.nrw.

    Town pages with facts about the town

    Each town page says how far the inspection hall is by road, which highway interchanges lie in between and which vehicle registration office (Zulassungsstelle) is responsible. We leave out drive times in minutes, because they read like a promise.

    Guides with legal sources

    Four guides answer the questions people ask after an accident that wasn’t their fault. Every statement has its source, 17 in total. The question is at the top, the answer in the first sentence.

    Reviews and certificates in the text

    The Google reviews are fetched when the site is built and sit in the text as fixed content, with no third-party widget. The appraiser’s certificates are in the page in machine-readable form, along with a file for AI search.

    Nothing from third parties before consent

    Before consent, the site loads nothing from third-party servers, not even fonts. We checked all 26 pages for accessibility against WCAG 2.2 AA and fixed every finding.

Two car businesses, one address.

Burak Burma is a vehicle appraiser and drives from his inspection hall in Duisburg to customers all over NRW. His website, ads and consulting come from us.

Dein Autoglas NRW is at the same address. We built that site too, and the two link to each other.

Since our website, ads and advice all come from Zeasy Software, our revenue has gone up.

03 / The inquiry

From the first click to an email you can trace.

An inquiry is worth more to you if you know where it came from and what it’s about. This is how we build the path there.

    Call or send photos

    At the top of the Dein Gutachter NRW home page there are two buttons: call, and send photos via WhatsApp. People who prefer to write use the form.

  • 02

    A form without puzzles

    The site checks in the background whether a person is filling in the form, using ALTCHA. Nobody has to solve a picture puzzle. The inquiry reaches the inbox through the firm’s own mail server.

  • 03

    The campaign in the email

    If the visitor has given consent, the inquiry email says which campaign they came from. The site then also reports the inquiry back to Google Ads and to the ads in ChatGPT.

    Questions before the callback

    For a home care service in Duisburg, a contact assistant asks about the request, its urgency and when the person can be reached before anyone calls back. For an appraisal firm, it would be the type of damage, the location and a time for the callback.

    A tool for posts

    For Dein Gutachter NRW we built a tool for Instagram posts. An AI suggests text and markings, a person checks them. Nothing is exported until the license plate has been checked on every photo.

    Systems for the car business

    Zularis, our CRM for vehicle registration services (Zulassungsdienste), has been running at a registration service in Duisburg-Hamborn since May 2026.

We bill by the hour. How many hours it takes depends mostly on how many town pages and guides your site gets. The project assistant gives you a rough range in four questions, without you leaving any contact details.

What appraisers ask us.

Do you only build for appraisers in NRW?
No. Our office is in Duisburg, like that of Dein Gutachter NRW. We build appraiser sites for firms all over Germany. We hold meetings on the phone or at our office.
How many town pages does an appraisal firm need?
As many as there are towns you can say something of your own about: distance to the inspection hall, highway interchanges, the responsible registration office. Google treats a page where only the town name changes as a doorway page and ranks it down.
What do you mean by ad tracking?
If a visitor has given consent, the email for their inquiry says which campaign they came from. The site then also reports the inquiry back to Google Ads. Without consent, the inquiry arrives just the same, only without the campaign.
Do you also take care of the ads?
If you want. At Dein Gutachter NRW, the website, ads and consulting come from us. Ongoing ad management is a separate package, because it isn’t a one-time job.
What does a website for an appraisal firm cost?
We bill by the hour, €130 + VAT per hour of work. The intro call and cost estimate cost €0. How many hours it takes depends mostly on the number of town pages and guides.
Do you also build software for appraisers?
Yes, if something is missing next to your appraisal software. For Dein Gutachter NRW we built a tool for Instagram posts that has the license plates on every photo checked before export.
