A home care website that asks the key questions before anyone calls back.

CuraSanat is a home care service in Duisburg. We replaced its old WordPress site with a website that delivers inquiries to the team already sorted.

Home page of curasanat-pflege.de: on the left “Pflege, die heilt.” (Care that heals.) and the button “Kostenloses Erstgespräch” (free first meeting), on the right the logo with the blue lotus flower.

Starting point

People looking for a home care service are often looking on behalf of a relative. In a few steps, the site has to lead to an inquiry the care service can act on.

The care service used to be called Two Hearts and had a WordPress site. Under its new name, CuraSanat, it got a new one. We advised on the name and logo.

What we built

  1. The request comes first.

The contact assistant asks its questions in four steps. In the first, you choose what it’s about: a first meeting, applying for a care level, skilled nursing care, care after discharge from the hospital, relief for family caregivers, or a job application. Then you say how urgent it is. After that come the care level, if known, and what kind of support is needed.

  2. Who is asking, and when to reach them.

In the third step, the sender says who they are: the person needing care, a relative, a legal guardian, a hospital’s social services, or a doctor. They choose whether they’d rather get a call or an email, and at what time of day. That way the care service knows when a callback will reach someone.

  3. To the team as an email.

Before sending, the sender sees all their answers once more at a glance. The inquiry goes to the care service as an email, with the request already in the subject line. Anyone who gives an email address gets a confirmation with a reference number.

The four steps of the contact assistant, up to just before sending. Before calling back, the care service already knows what it’s about and when someone can be reached.

Result

Our partner print shop produced business cards and roll-up banners in the same design, so the care service looks the same online and on paper.

The new site replaced the old WordPress presence. We worked it out directly with the company’s owners.

“We’re all local business owners here, so we stick together. I’d rather have good, honest work than the lowest price.”

Tech

The pages are finished HTML and need no database. Only the contact assistant runs on PHP: it checks every inquiry against bots and sends it to the care service as an email.
