SnackUp is our ordering system for restaurants. Your guests order on a page under your domain, and a device in the kitchen prints the receipt. You pay €30 a month and €0.75 per order, and give up nothing of your revenue. If SnackUp doesn’t fit your business, we build you a system of your own.

A page under your domain
Your guests order at your address, not on a portal. No other restaurant is listed next to yours. For Rehana in Duisburg, the page is rehana-du.de.

A device with a receipt printer
Every order lands on an Android device with a built-in printer. It rings until someone accepts. Then it prints the receipt, with the item, extras and special requests.

You keep the menu up to date
You upload your menu, an AI reads it, and you check the preview before going live. After that, you change dishes, allergens, delivery areas by zip code and minimum order value yourself.

Guests pay the way they want
Cash on delivery or pickup, Stripe or PayPal. You decide what you offer. After ordering, the guest sees how far along the order is.

We notice when a device goes quiet
Every device sends a heartbeat every 15 minutes. If it stops, we call you. New versions go to one device first, then to all of them.

Plus €30 a month, no matter what’s in the cart. No percentage of revenue, no minimum term.

At Rehana in Duisburg, guests order on rehana-du.de.
Rehana pays a fixed price and gives up nothing of its revenue. When the restaurant moved from Oberhausen to Duisburg, the system moved with it: new address, new delivery area, and the old page points to the new one.

What changes when your guests order from you.
Delivery portals take a percentage of every order. The fuller the cart, the more you give up.
With SnackUp, every order costs €0.75, whatever is in it.

Your menu, your name
On a portal, your restaurant sits in a list next to others. Your own page shows only your menu, your logo and your colors.

The data stays with you
Your guests’ data is stored on servers in Germany. You get a data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV), and nothing goes to third parties.

You can keep Lieferando
SnackUp sits next to the portal, it doesn’t replace it. The portal brings new guests, your own page brings the regulars to you.

No lock-in
There is no minimum term. If your own page doesn’t pay off for you, you stop.

When your business needs more than an ordering page.
SnackUp covers ordering, kitchen and payment. If your orders follow rules of their own, your POS system should supply the prices, or you need a tool that can’t be bought off the shelf, we build it for you. Two order flows we built for retailers:

Every morning the shop’s prices come from the retailer’s POS system. Nobody types anything in.

Usually online in two to three days.
This is how SnackUp gets into your restaurant. For a system of your own, our process in eight stations applies, with a specification before the first sprint.

Send logo and menu
You send your logo, colors and menu. No logo? That works too, we design one for an extra charge.

Check the preview
An AI reads the menu and your page is built from it. You check the preview before it goes live.

Device into the kitchen
You rent or buy the device with the receipt printer. It runs on a battery and needs no socket at the counter.

Take orders
Your page runs under your domain. From then on, every order arrives in the kitchen as a receipt.

What restaurants ask us.
- What does SnackUp cost?
- €30 a month and €0.75 per order. Hosting, updates and support are included. You rent or buy the terminal for the kitchen, and we tell you its price on request. There is no percentage of revenue and no minimum term.
- Can I keep using Lieferando alongside it?
- Yes. SnackUp sits next to the portal and doesn’t replace it. You decide where you send your guests.
- How fast is my ordering page online?
- Usually after two to three days, once we have your logo and menu.
- What happens if the device fails in the evening?
- Every device checks in with us every 15 minutes. If the signal stops, we call you. You also see the orders in the web dashboard, and you get help by phone and WhatsApp.
- Which payment methods are there?
- Cash on delivery or pickup, plus Stripe and PayPal. You choose what you offer. The restaurant pays the fees of the payment providers.
- Do you also build an ordering system just for our business?
- Yes. If SnackUp doesn’t fit how you work, we build a system of your own. We bill it by the hour, €130 + VAT per hour of work. The intro call and cost estimate cost €0.
