From a DIY builder to a site of its own.

Praxis Kolibri in Duisburg-Hamborn had a website from a DIY site builder. We rebuilt it, with appointment requests, a careers page and real photos of the rooms.

Starting point

Many inquiries come in through the website. They needed to arrive in a form that lets the practice call back right away.

The practice has had a website since 2023. At first it was built with a DIY website builder.

What we built

  1. A request in four steps.

You choose the therapy area, say who the therapy is for and leave your contact details. In the fourth step you check everything once more. At the end it says the practice will get back to you within 24 hours. Each request gets a number it can be found by later.

  2. Requests the practice reviews itself.

The practice wants to check for itself whether it has room right now and whether someone is in the right place with them. That’s why there’s a request and no online booking. If someone needs a very specialized therapy, the practice tells them.

  3. A careers page with open positions.

The careers page shows open positions and what the practice offers its staff. It presents the training partnership, and anyone who wants to send an unsolicited application finds the way to do it there.

  4. The rooms patients come to.

The photos show the practice’s hallway, treatment rooms and waiting room. The site uses no stock photos.

The appointment request in four steps: therapy area, who it’s for, contact details, then everything once more at a glance.

Result

Inquiries now arrive sorted by therapy area, with everything the practice needs for a callback.

“Most inquiries come in through the website, and we can see beforehand whether we can really help. We even filled a position through the careers page.”

Tech

The pages sit on the server already built, so they load fast on a phone too. Extra code is added only where you fill something in or expand something, such as the appointment request. The Google map loads only when someone clicks it. The form checks in the background whether a human is filling it in, and inquiries go through a mail server in the EU.
